Responsibilities
Execute timely and secure transportation of shipments to designated locations.
Manage daily schedules effectively to maintain punctuality and meet delivery windows.
Operate smartphones and delivery applications to track orders and update status in real-time.
Utilize route navigation tools to identify the most efficient paths and avoid traffic delays.
Handle incoming orders and shipments with care, ensuring items are undamaged upon arrival.
Resolve any logistical issues or customer inquiries that arise during the delivery process.
Communicate clearly with dispatch teams and customers regarding delivery status or changes.
