About the Role : We are looking for an experienced FCCS Administrator to support the administration, maintenance, enhancement, and day-to-day operations of Oracle Financial Consolidation and Close Cloud (FCCS) for international finance teams and clients. The role will also involve leading a team of executives and working closely with Finance, IT, and onshore stakeholders to ensure smooth financial consolidation, reporting, forecasting, and close https://jobeax.com/link/ZE9bJWYL770aacQw the day-to-day technical administration and support of Oracle FCCS.- Support month-end, quarterly, and annual financial close, consolidation, reporting, budgeting, and forecasting cycles.- Monitor FCCS environments and proactively identify and resolve application, integration, and data-related issues.- Manage data integration feeds and processing activities across FCCS environments, including troubleshooting and issue resolution.- Analyze business requirements and translate them into effective FCCS configurations and solutions.- Support testing, deployment, migration, and maintenance activities across FCCS environments.- Provide end-user support and work with Finance and IT teams to resolve technical and functional issues.- Ensure compliance with organizational, regulatory, and contractual policies, procedures, and controls.- Lead and mentor team members involved in FCCS administration and project delivery.- Required Skills & Experience : - 5 - 8 years of overall experience in Oracle EPM/Financial Consolidation environments.- 4 - 5+ years of hands-on experience in Oracle FCCS administration.- Strong experience in FCCS metadata maintenance, data forms, data grids, business rules, task workflows, consolidations, and user access management.- Strong experience with FDMEE for data integration, extraction, transformation, and loading.- Working knowledge of Oracle Enterprise Data Management Cloud (EDMCS) and Narrative Reporting.- Strong understanding of ETL concepts, data transformation, extraction, and loading processes.- Experience with Oracle EPM application migration and deployment processes.- Good understanding of General Ledger systems and financial close processes.- Ability to troubleshoot FCCS issues and develop solutions in collaboration with Finance and IT stakeholders.- Experience supporting and enhancing existing FCCS applications and customizations.- Advanced MS Excel skills; Working knowledge of SQL, Alteryx, and VBA.- Knowledge of Hyperion Financial Management (HFM) is an added advantage.-
