Responsibilities
Manage client data setup including protocol folders, documentation, and Data Transfer Specifications
Serve as liaison between Data Management and other Labcorp departments to resolve study-related issues
Build, test, and deliver data transfer formats compliant with client and regulatory requirements
Provide ongoing study support including transmission instructions, error resolution, and audit participation
Maintain auditable documentation and support end-to-end data lock processes
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Science or equivalent education
Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite and database systems
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Technical aptitude and critical-thinking skills
1+ year customer service experience preferred
3+ years laboratory data management or programming experience preferred
