About the job
We are looking for a detail-oriented and research-driven Data Researcher to join our team. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a willingness to learn, and an interest in data research, web scraping, data management, and lead generation. This role involves collecting, verifying, organizing, and maintaining accurate data to support recruitment and business development activities.
Key Responsibilities:- 1. Data Research & Web Scraping: Research and collect relevant information from websites, online directories, LinkedIn, and other digital platforms.2. Data Cleaning & Management: Clean, validate, organize, and maintain databases to ensure data accuracy and consistency.
3. Lead Generation: Identify and generate potential client and sales leads through various channels and platforms.
4. Research Tools: Work with tools such as Apollo, Lusha, and other lead-generation platforms to gather relevant business information.
5. Data Verification: Verify company details, contact information, email addresses, and other relevant data.
6. Follow-ups: Coordinate and follow up on candidate profiles, client requirements, and pending information with the concerned teams.
7. Report Management: Prepare and maintain recruiter reports, client reports, and open-position dashboards.
8. Client Database Management: Maintain an updated database of clients, track follow-ups, and ensure timely communication.
9. Calendar Management: Schedule meetings, coordinate interviews, and manage calendars for internal and external discussions.
10. MIS & Documentation: Maintain spreadsheets, trackers, and daily reports to ensure smooth workflow and proper record-keeping. What We Offer: 1. Practical exposure to data research and lead-generation tools.
