About the role:We are looking for a detail-oriented Data QA Analyst to validate data accuracy and consistency across dashboards, reports, and internal data https://jobeax.com/link/1Rn7zv9wYEsoo7Eu role involves performing data quality checks, identifying discrepancies, executing test cases, and collaborating with analytics and stakeholder teams to ensure reliable data outputs.Responsibilities:- Perform daily and weekly data quality checks across dashboards, reports, and internal data structures.- Validate campaign performance and event data received from multiple channel partners.- Compare raw data with processed outputs to identify inconsistencies, discrepancies, and data quality issues.- Execute test cases, document results, and maintain standardized QA records.- Collaborate with analytics and stakeholder teams to report defects, investigate issues, and validate fixes.- Support ad-hoc data validation and reporting requirements.- Identify opportunities to improve data validation processes and QA practices.Requirements:- Bachelor's degree in Digital Marketing, Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field.- 4 - 7 years of experience as a Data Analyst, QA Analyst, or in a similar data quality-focused role.- Strong proficiency in SQL, Excel, and Power BI.- Experience validating datasets, reports, dashboards, and data processing outputs.- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and data presentation skills.- Excellent attention to detail, organizational skills, and time management.- Good communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with onshore and offshore teams.
