Data Quality Analyst - People Services in Bangalore, भारत

Intuitive Surgical seeks a Data Quality Analyst for its People Services team in Bengaluru to establish and maintain human resources data governance across global regions. The role involves designing audit frameworks, managing stakeholder alignment, and implementing continuous monitoring to ensure HR data accuracy and integrity.

Responsibilities

• Define and implement global HR data quality framework with standardized definitions, validation rules, and audit protocols across Americas, EMEA, and APAC regions
• Lead regular audits on HR processes, develop control frameworks and checklists, identify system gaps, and ensure closure of audit findings
• Partner with global stakeholders as subject matter expert to drive alignment between regional operations and global standards
• Design and track global data quality KPIs including accuracy, completeness, timeliness, and SLA adherence through metrics and trend analysis
• Identify opportunities to reduce manual intervention, eliminate recurring data issues, and lead continuous improvement initiatives

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field preferred
• Minimum 6+ years of global HR operations, shared services, and data management experience
• Understanding of HR business processes aligned with HRMS platforms from global perspective
• Proficiency with Workday, SuccessFactors, HRMS, and ServiceNow systems
• Knowledge of data compliance, audit frameworks, and governing principles
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and global projects simultaneously
• Strong stakeholder communication and attention to detail
