Key Responsibilities
Accurately enter, update, and maintain data in internal systems, databases, and Excel sheets.
Verify data for completeness, accuracy, and consistency before final submission.
Perform routine data-cleaning, formatting, and basic validation tasks.
Maintain confidentiality and data integrity as per company and compliance standards.
Coordinate with team members and other departments for data clarifications and updates.
Generate basic reports and summaries as required by the supervisor.
Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) for data handling and documentation.
Support ad-hoc administrative and documentation tasks as assigned.
Requirements
Desired Skills & Competencies
Good typing speed with high accuracy.
Strong command over MS Excel (basic formulas, sorting, filtering).
Good command of written and spoken English.
High attention to detail and ability to work with repetitive tasks accurately.
Basic computer knowledge and comfort working with digital systems.
