Labcorp seeks a Data Manager II to manage clinical trial data operations in Bangalore, India. The role involves client onboarding, data transfer specification development, cross-departmental coordination, and ongoing study support on rotational shifts.

Responsibilities

• Manage client data onboarding, create protocol documentation, and develop Data Transfer Specifications
• Serve as liaison between Data Management and other departments to resolve study-related issues
• Design, build, and quality-check data transfer formats compliant with client and regulatory requirements
• Provide ongoing client support including scheduling transfers, addressing errors, and managing study modifications
• Maintain auditable documentation and support clinical data management functions through study lifecycle

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in science or equivalent education
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite and database systems
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in professional settings
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and adapt to frequent changes
• Technical aptitude and solid organizational and critical-thinking capabilities
• 1+ years customer service experience (preferred)
• 1+ years data management or clinical trials experience (preferred)
