Responsibilities
Manage client data onboarding, create protocol documentation, and develop Data Transfer Specifications
Serve as liaison between Data Management and other departments to resolve study-related issues
Design, build, and quality-check data transfer formats compliant with client and regulatory requirements
Provide ongoing client support including scheduling transfers, addressing errors, and managing study modifications
Maintain auditable documentation and support clinical data management functions through study lifecycle
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in science or equivalent education
Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite and database systems
Strong written and verbal communication skills in professional settings
Ability to manage multiple priorities and adapt to frequent changes
Technical aptitude and solid organizational and critical-thinking capabilities
1+ years customer service experience (preferred)
1+ years data management or clinical trials experience (preferred)
