Labcorp seeks a Data Manager II in Bengaluru to manage clinical trial data operations, serving as a liaison between data management and internal departments. The role involves protocol setup, data transfer format development, client support, and regulatory compliance across rotating shifts.

Responsibilities

• Establish protocol documentation and coordinate initial client data management setup
• Develop and quality-check data transfer formats compliant with regulatory standards
• Act as liaison between Data Management and other Labcorp departments to resolve issues
• Provide ongoing client support including data transfer scheduling and error resolution
• Maintain auditable documentation and support end-to-end data lock processes

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Science or equivalent
• 1+ year customer service experience
• 1+ year data management or clinical trials experience
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Database knowledge and technical aptitude
