Establish protocol documentation and coordinate initial client data management setup

Provide ongoing client support including data transfer scheduling and error resolution
Maintain auditable documentation and support end-to-end data lock processes
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Science or equivalent
1+ year customer service experience
1+ year data management or clinical trials experience
