Labcorp seeks a Data Manager I to manage clinical trial data operations and client relationships in Bangalore. The role involves coordinating data transfer specifications, ensuring regulatory compliance, and serving as a liaison between data management and other departments across the organization.

Responsibilities

• Establish client data management during study startup and create protocol documentation
• Build and quality-check data transfer formats in compliance with regulatory standards
• Act as liaison between Data Management and other Labcorp departments to resolve issues
• Provide ongoing client support including scheduling data transfers and addressing errors
• Support data lock processes, client visits, audits, and maintain auditable documentation

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Science or equivalent
• Strong technical aptitude and database terminology knowledge
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite and standard office software
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities under demanding conditions
