About the job

We are looking for a Data Management & Analytics Associate to support our team in managing, organizing, analyzing, and presenting data across our outreach and operational activities. The role will involve working extensively with Excel/Google Sheets, databases, dashboards, reports, and data-analysis tools to ensure that information is accurate, well-organized, easily accessible, and useful for decision-making.

The ideal candidate is highly detail-oriented, analytical, comfortable working with large datasets, and able to turn raw or unstructured information into clear and actionable outputs. They should also be comfortable using AI tools to improve productivity, analyze information, automate repetitive tasks, and solve data-related problems.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Manage, organize, and maintain databases and large datasets.
2. Clean, validate, and standardize data to ensure accuracy and consistency.
3. Build and maintain Excel/Google Sheets trackers, reports, and data systems.
4. Create and maintain dashboards and data visualizations to present key information clearly.
5. Analyze data to identify trends, patterns, gaps, and actionable insights.
6. Provide accurate and timely data, reports, and analysis as required by the team.
7. Manage and analyze data related to outreach and other operational activities.
8. Develop standardized formats and processes for data collection, management, and reporting.
9. Identify opportunities to improve workflows and automate repetitive tasks using technology and AI tools.
10. Support the team with ad hoc analysis, reporting, data-related problem-solving, and process improvement.

Other requirements

1. Knowledge of SQL and database management.

4. Familiarity with automation tools, APIs, CRM systems, or workflow-management tools.

5. Experience working with large or complex datasets.

6. Academic, internship, freelance, or project experience involving data analysis, business intelligence, or data management.
