About the Role We are looking for a detail-oriented Data Entry Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for accurately entering, updating, and maintaining data in our systems, ensuring high levels of accuracy and efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
Enter and update data accurately into company systems/databases
Verify data by comparing it to source documents
Maintain confidentiality and security of sensitive information
Organize and manage files, records, and spreadsheets
Perform regular data quality checks and correct discrepancies
Prepare reports and documents using Excel and Google Workspace tools
Coordinate with team members to ensure timely completion of tasks
Required Skills & Qualifications
Basic knowledge of MS Excel (data entry, formatting, basic formulas)
Familiarity with Google Workspace (Google Sheets, Docs, Drive)
