About the job

Key Responsibilities:

1. Enter and regularly update customer and lead information in the CRM system.
2. Maintain accurate records of enquiries, quotations, follow-ups, orders and installations.
3. Prepare daily, weekly and monthly MIS reports in Microsoft Excel.
4. Coordinate with the sales, operations, bank loan and service teams.
5. Track pending customer documents, payments, approvals and follow-up activities.
6. Check data accuracy and avoid duplicate or incomplete entries.
7. Prepare Excel reports, dashboards and performance summaries for management.
8. Maintain proper digital records and documentation.
9. Follow up with team members for timely submission of reports and updates.

1. Graduate: BA, BCom, BBA, BCA, BSc or equivalent.

4. Knowledge of filters, sorting, formulas, Pivot Table and VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP will be preferred.

5. Basic understanding of CRM software or willingness to learn.

6. Good written and verbal communication skills.
