The Data Entry Operator will play a crucial role in maintaining accurate, timely, and organized financial records, supporting audit, tax, and bookkeeping processes. With a strong focus on precision and efficiency, the successful candidate will ensure data integrity across client files, financial statements, and internal systems.

Accurately input and update financial data into accounting software and databases.

• Maintain and organize digital and physical client records, ensuring confidentiality and compliance.
• Verify data accuracy by cross-checking source documents such as invoices, receipts, and bank statements.
• Assist in preparing monthly financial reports, trial balances, and ledger entries under supervision.
• Collaborate with senior accountants and administrative staff to meet deadlines and support team goals.
