We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Data Entry Specialist with 3–5 years of experience to accurately manage, update, and maintain business-critical data. The ideal candidate should be comfortable working in US business hours and possess strong data management, communication, and MS Office skills. Key Responsibilities
Enter, update, verify, and maintain data in internal systems and databases.
Review data for accuracy, completeness, and quality.
Process large volumes of information with high attention to detail.
Generate reports and perform basic data analysis using Excel.
Coordinate with US-based teams to resolve data discrepancies.
Maintain confidentiality and security of sensitive information.
Meet daily productivity and accuracy targets.
