Role Overview :We are looking for a Data Engineer 2 with 5 - 8 years of experience to design, develop, and maintain scalable data pipelines and cloud-based data solutions. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in Python, GCP, SQL, and data engineering fundamentals, along with strong problem-solving and DSA https://jobeax.com/link/2XqJXLBONIZPT2f1 Responsibilities :- Design, develop, and maintain scalable data pipelines and data processing solutions.- Develop clean, efficient, and production-ready code using Python.- Build and manage cloud-based data solutions using GCP services.- Develop and optimize ETL/ELT pipelines for reliable and efficient data processing.- Work with services such as BigQuery, Dataflow, Pub/Sub, Cloud Storage, and Composer.- Optimize data pipelines for performance, scalability, reliability, and cost efficiency.- Apply strong Data Structures & Algorithms (DSA) and problem-solving skills to address complex technical challenges.- Work with SQL and relational databases for data extraction, transformation, and analysis.- Collaborate with data scientists, software engineers, and business stakeholders to deliver data solutions.- Troubleshoot production issues and perform root-cause analysis.- Contribute to data engineering best practices, automation, and continuous improvement https://jobeax.com/link/GTNZKF2kxpVUFhTn Skills & Experience :- 58 years of experience in Data Engineering or a related field.- Strong hands-on proficiency in Python.- Strong understanding of DSA and problem-solving.- Mandatory hands-on experience with Google Cloud Platform (GCP).- Good understanding of ETL/ELT, data pipelines, and distributed data processing.- Experience with one or more GCP data services such as BigQuery, Dataflow, Pub/Sub, Cloud Storage, or Composer.- Strong SQL and database knowledge.- Understanding of cloud-native and distributed data architectures.- Strong analytical, communication, and collaboration skills.
