Key Responsibilities:

1. Validate the data collected by senior analysts
2. Assist senior analysts in collecting raw data
3. Apply basic and advanced rules to ensure data quality
4. Maintain attention to detail and follow defined processes
5. Communicate findings effectively
6. Assist managers in preparing client-specific marketing presentations in PowerPoint within short turnaround times

Note:

1. You need to be a self-starter with a very good understanding of finance and equity research
2. You will be provided basic training for one week on the actual work requirements
3. Basic computer skills and using tools like ChatGPT and Gemini, you should already know

Salary

Probation:

Duration: 3 months

Salary during probation: ₹10,000 - 15,000 /month (only for freshers)

After probation:

Annual CTC: ₹ 2,00,000 - 3,00,000 /year

Annual CTC breakup:

1. Fixed pay: ₹ 1,80,000 - 2,40,000 /year

2. Variable pay: ₹ 20,000 - 60,000 /year
