About the job

Key responsibilities:

Set up, run, and optimise campaigns on Meta Ads (Facebook and Instagram) and Google Ads (Search, Shopping, Performance Max, YouTube) for eCommerce brands
Track daily campaign performance across metrics such as ROAS, CPA, CTR, CPM, CVR, and AOV
Build and maintain performance dashboards in Power BI, Tableau, or Looker Studio for internal teams and clients
Analyse campaign, audience, and creative data to find what's working and recommend budget, targeting, and creative changes
Run A/B tests on audiences, creatives, and landing pages, and report results clearly
Pull and clean data from Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, GA4, and Shopify for reporting
Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports with clear takeaways for brand managers and clients
Work closely with the creative, brand management, and Shopify teams to improve campaign results
