Stryker seeks a Data Analytics Analyst for a hybrid role in Gurugram focused on data engineering, business intelligence, and platform development. The position involves collaborating across databases and cloud environments to support procurement workflows, enhance dashboards, and drive data-driven insights.
Responsibilities
Develop data engineering solutions integrating databases, web apps, and machine learning models
Build and maintain business intelligence dashboards and applications using Microsoft tools
Assess data quality, monitor KPIs, and identify process improvement opportunities
Support procurement workflow development and supplier data system compliance
Evaluate security threats and implement appropriate authentication and authorization controls
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, or equivalent
2-5 years of experience in data analysis environments
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with ability to extract actionable insights from data
Proficiency in Power BI, Power Apps, SharePoint, and Azure platforms
Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration abilities
Software development and business intelligence experience
