We are seeking a highly capable Data & Reporting Analyst to join our Finance function. It is a precision-driven position responsible for producing reliable, decision-grade data outputs that underpin business performance reporting across multiple jurisdictions.

The role involves working with large, complex datasets extracted from systems such as Salesforce and internal platforms, validating data integrity, analysing trends, and communicating clear insights to senior stakeholders.

Performance is measured primarily by the accuracy, reliability, and timeliness of outputs.
Based in Mumbai, you will collaborate with Finance, Operations, and Commercial teams globally, gaining exposure to international business operations within a fast-growing advisory firm.

Extract, compile, and manage large volumes of data from multiple systems, including Salesforce

Perform rigorous validation, cleansing, and reconciliation to ensure data accuracy and completeness
Produce recurring and ad-hoc reports to strict deadlines, maintaining consistently high quality
Analyse datasets to identify trends, anomalies, risks, and business insights
Translate complex data into clear, structured outputs for non-technical stakeholders
Support monthly and periodic reporting cycles with dependable, decision-ready data
Monitor data quality across systems and proactively highlight risks or inconsistencies
Identify opportunities to streamline processes, reduce manual effort, and improve efficiency
Ensure confidentiality and compliance with internal controls and data governance standards

Desired Skills & Experience

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Data Analytics, Mathematics, Commerce, or a related field
Strong data validation skills with a meticulous approach to checking and verifying information
High proficiency in English, both written and verbal, with the confidence to communicate with international stakeholders
Advanced Excel skills, including data manipulation, reconciliation, and analysis
Comfortable working with CRM and enterprise systems such as Salesforce
Knowledge of Power Query and Power BI is advantageous
Strong analytical thinking with the ability to interpret data and explain what it means in business terms
Self-motivated, disciplined, and able to work independently with minimal supervision
Prior experience in reporting, operations, analytics, or finance support roles is essential
Experience in international or shared services environments is desirable
