About the job

VEDA is looking for a Customer Care & D2C Operations Executive to manage customer interactions and day-to-day order operations. The role will involve order verification, customer support, logistics coordination, returns/RTO management, and ensuring smooth execution of D2C orders.

Key responsibilities:

1. Order Verification: Call and verify COD orders, confirm customer/address details, and identify duplicate or suspicious orders.
2. Customer Support: Handle customer queries and complaints via phone, WhatsApp, and email, ensuring timely resolution.
3. Order & Logistics Operations: Track orders, coordinate with warehouse and logistics partners, and resolve delivery-related issues.
4. Returns & RTO Management: Monitor cancellations, returns, replacements, and RTOs, and follow up to ensure closure.
5. MIS & Operations: Maintain daily order/customer records and coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth D2C operations.

Other requirements

1. 1–3 years of experience in customer care, e-commerce, or D2C operations.

2. Excellent communication, follow-up, and problem-solving skills.

3. Comfortable with Excel/Google Sheets and WhatsApp.

4. Highly organised, proactive, and detail-oriented.

5. Prior experience with Shopify, Amazon, or other e-commerce platforms is a plus.

6. Candidates residing in Mumbai’s western suburbs are preferred, particularly Andheri, Vile Parle, Juhu, Santacruz, Goregaon, and nearby areas

Salary

Probation:

Duration: 2 months

Salary during probation: ₹10,000 - 150,000 /month (only for freshers)

After probation:

Annual CTC: ₹ 2,00,000 - 2,50,000 /year
