Responsibilities
Develop and deliver engaging cybersecurity training sessions tailored to various skill levels and roles.
Create up-to-date training materials, including presentations, manuals, and e-learning modules.
Conduct assessments and evaluations to measure the effectiveness of training programs.
Stay current with emerging cybersecurity threats, trends, and technologies to ensure training content is relevant.
Collaborate with IT and security teams to identify training needs and address knowledge gaps.
Provide one-on-one coaching and support to employees and clients to enhance their cybersecurity competencies.
Promote awareness of cybersecurity policies, compliance requirements, and best practices across the organization.
Requirements
Proven experience as a Cybersecurity Trainer, Security Analyst, or similar role.
In-depth knowledge of cybersecurity concepts, tools, and frameworks.
Strong communication and presentation skills with the ability to simplify complex topics.
Experience designing and delivering both in-person and virtual training programs.
Relevant certifications such as CISSP, CISM, CEH, or equivalent are highly desirable.
Ability to analyze learning metrics and adapt training programs for maximum impact.
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail in developing training content.
