About the job

Key responsibilities:
1. Work on real-world Cloud Security and Cybersecurity tasks while assisting the team in supporting customer security environments.
2. Monitor and respond to security alerts, incidents, vulnerabilities, endpoint security events, and other security-related activities in real time.
3. Assist with Microsoft Azure security, Microsoft Defender, Microsoft Intune, vulnerability management, endpoint protection, threat monitoring, and security operations.
4. Support investigation, troubleshooting, remediation, and documentation of security issues and incidents.
5. Work with enterprise security platforms and tools such as Tenable Security Center, ServiceNow, Proofpoint, Carbon Black App Control, Absolute Platform, BlueVoyant Cyber Defense, Password Vault, and Microsoft security technologies.
6. Assist with customer requests, security tickets, operational activities, and incident-related tasks while following established security procedures and best practices.
7. Collaborate with senior engineers, security teams, and customers to understand issues, identify solutions, and execute assigned security tasks.
8. Maintain clear documentation of investigations, changes, resolutions, and security activities.
9. Continuously develop practical skills in Cloud Security, Endpoint Security, Vulnerability Management, Threat Detection, Incident Response, and Security Operations.

Other requirements

1. Candidates pursuing or holding a degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Cybersecurity, or a related technical field preferred.

2. Hands-on experience or practical exposure with Microsoft Azure as a core cloud platform is strongly preferred, including familiarity with Azure services, cloud security concepts, identity/access management, networking, and security configurations.

3. Practical exposure through projects, labs, internships, certifications, or work experience in Cybersecurity, Cloud Security, Microsoft Defender, Endpoint Security, Vulnerability Management, SOC, or Security Operations preferred.

4. Strong understanding of networking, operating systems, cybersecurity fundamentals, troubleshooting, and incident response.

5. Experience or exposure to enterprise security tools and platforms is an advantage, particularly Microsoft security technologies, vulnerability management, endpoint protection, SIEM, ServiceNow, or related security platforms.

6. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, attention to detail, willingness to learn, and ability to work on real-time customer security tasks under the guidance of senior engineers.

7. Good communication, documentation, and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with technical teams and customers.

8. Full-time onsite work in Jaipur is required.

Salary

Probation:

Duration: 6 months

Salary during probation: ₹10,000 - 15,000 /month (only for freshers)

After probation:

Annual CTC: ₹ 2,00,000 - 4,00,000 /year

Annual CTC breakup:

1. Fixed pay: ₹ 1,80,000 - 3,60,000 /year

2. Variable pay: ₹ 20,000 - 40,000 /year
