We are looking for a proactive, personable Customer Support & Success Executive to own the end-to-end client experience across our buildings. You will be the primary point of contact for tenants resolving queries, coordinating with internal teams to close tickets, building genuine relationships through regular in-person check-ins, and ensuring a smooth journey from onboarding to renewal. Client Support & Query Resolution

• Serve as the first point of contact for all client queries received via call, text, and other channels.
• Log and raise support tickets accurately for every issue reported, ensuring nothing falls through the cracks.
• Follow up proactively with the concerned point of contact (facilities, housekeeping, finance, tech, etc.) Relationship Management
• Maintain a running record of client sentiment, feedback, and recurring concerns to share with the Founder's Office.
• Act as a trusted, familiar presence for clients someone they can rely on beyond just transactional support.

Onboarding & Welcome Experience

• Coordinate welcome gifting and personal touches that reflect the Olsen Spaces brand experience.
• Help new clients get set up in their space access, seating, amenities, and introductions to relevant on-site teams so they feel settled from day one.

Billing & Collections Support
• Coordinate with the finance team to resolve billing discrepancies raised by clients.

0–3 years of experience in customer support, client success, hospitality, or a similar client-facing role (freshers with
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English; Hindi/Kannada is a plus.

• genuinely enjoys building relationships with people.
• Comfortable with basic tools such as Excel/Google Sheets and ticketing/communication platforms (e.g. Willingness to travel between buildings across Bengaluru as needed.
