We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Customer Support Specialist to join our US Healthcare division. Responsibilities

• Manage and resolve complex medical billing inquiries and claims processing issues for both providers and patients.
  
• Provide comprehensive support throughout the Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) process, ensuring accuracy and compliance with industry standards.
  
• Act as the first line of defense for provider and patient concerns, offering timely solutions to maintain high satisfaction levels.
  
• Handle a high volume of inbound calls with professionalism, demonstrating excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  
• Collaborate with internal teams to troubleshoot and resolve billing discrepancies or claim denials efficiently.
  
• Utilize strong multitasking abilities to prioritize tasks and meet strict deadlines in a dynamic BPO setting.
  
• Maintain detailed records of all customer interactions and transactions with precision and confidentiality.
  

Requirements

Requirements:

• Possess 2.5 years of hands-on experience within the Healthcare BPO sector, specifically focusing on US healthcare operations.
  
• Demonstrate proven proficiency in Medical Billing, Claims Processing, and Revenue Cycle Management (RCM).
  
• Exhibit strong capabilities in Provider Support and Patient Support, with a deep understanding of the healthcare landscape.
  
• Display exceptional verbal and written communication skills suitable for high-volume call handling environments.
  
• Showcase advanced problem-solving abilities and the capacity to manage multiple tasks simultaneously without compromising quality.
  
• Have a track record of excellent customer handling and a commitment to delivering superior service outcomes.
