Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
The ability to listen, understand an issue and find an appropriate solution
A calm and professional approach, particularly when dealing with challenging situations
Good organisation and time management skills
Someone who enjoys working as part of a team and supporting others
Adaptability and a willingness to learn as our business continues to grow

Experience using CRM or customer support systems such as Salesforce, Freshdesk, Zendesk, HubSpot or similar
Experience working in a busy customer-focused environment
