About the Role
We are looking for customer-focused and enthusiastic professionals to join our Customer Support and Training team. You will work directly with customers, help them understand our software products, assist with onboarding, conduct training sessions, and provide ongoing support to ensure they get the best experience with 9ance solutions.
This role is ideal for candidates interested in customer success, SaaS products, business communication, and technology.

Key responsibilities:

1. Assist customers with product-related queries over phone calls, WhatsApp, email, and online meetings.
2. Onboard new customers and guide them through account setup and initial configuration.
3. Conduct product demonstrations and training sessions for customers.
4. Explain features and workflows of NeeN AI CRM, ERP, HRMS, and other 9ance products.
5. Identify basic technical issues and coordinate with the technical team for resolution.
6. Follow up with customers to ensure their concerns are addressed.
7. Maintain records of customer queries, feedback, support activities, and training sessions.
8. Prepare user guides, FAQs, and product training materials.
9. Collect customer feedback and share suggestions for improving the product experience.

Salary

Probation:
