Key Responsibilities:
1. Handle customer queries via calls, emails, and chat for international clients.2. Resolve customer complaints and provide appropriate solutions.
3. Provide information about products, services, orders, and payments.
4. Maintain professional communication with customers from different countries.
5. Follow up on pending requests and ensure customer satisfaction.
6. Maintain accurate customer records and update CRM systems.
7. Handle escalations and coordinate with relevant departments.
8. Meet customer service KPIs, quality standards, and response time targets.
9. Assist with order tracking, billing, refunds, and account-related issues.
10. Provide excellent verbal and written English communication.
