About the job

Key responsibilities:

1. Handling customer support calls for order tracking and grievances
2. Outbound calling for address confirmation and order confirmation
3. Making NDR calls to support OFD
4. Daily Reporting to and with Logistics Partner

Skill(s) required

Customer Support English Proficiency (Spoken) MS-Excel

Earn certifications in these skills
