About the job

IHSKAS Foundation is looking for Customer Support Executives to support our donors and keep them informed about our work. You will handle day-to-day donor queries, coordinate with our ground team, and follow up on pending requests. Freshers are welcome.

Key responsibilities:

1. Respond to daily donor chats and questions clearly, courteously, and professionally.
2. Handle requests for distribution information and updates on the Foundation's activities.
3. Coordinate with the ground team to verify information before sharing updates with donors.
4. Maintain clear records of donor queries and unresolved requests.
5. Follow up with the relevant team until pending queries are addressed, and keep donors informed of the progress.

Skill(s) required

Customer Support English Proficiency (Written) Hindi Proficiency (Written)

Other requirements

A. Skills and approach:

1. Clear written communication and a patient, respectful approach to donor support.

2. Attention to detail when recording queries and sharing information.

3. Reliable follow-up and coordination with the ground team.

4. English proficiency is mandatory. Hindi proficiency is required. Knowledge of Tamil or Telugu is an additional advantage, not a requirement.
