About the job

Key responsibilities:

1. Handle inbound and outbound calls with US customers regarding loan and mortgage queries.
2. Assist customers with payments, account details, and application status.
3. Resolve customer queries and provide accurate information.
4. Update customer records and follow up when required.
5. Maintain professional communication and meet quality standards.
6. Work the night shift as per US business hours.
