5. Escalate complex issues to relevant departments and ensure proper follow-up.
6. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
7. Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and service quality.
8. Adhere to company guidelines, compliance standards, and service protocols.
9. Support customer onboarding and basic account-related assistance.
