Key Responsibilities:

1. Handle inbound and outbound calls regarding ELD device setup, app usage, and connectivity issues.
2. Provide accurate technical assistance and troubleshooting for hardware and mobile app concerns.
3. Create and maintain detailed customer logs and case reports in the CRM or ticketing system.
4. Address and resolve customer grievances with professionalism and empathy.
5. Guide clients through ELD compliance, log reporting, and configuration processes.
