Responsibilities

• Utilize advanced multitasking capabilities to handle multiple support channels simultaneously without compromising service quality.

• Adapt to and perform effectively within a rotational shift schedule, including working on designated off-days to ensure 24/7 coverage.
  
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to escalate and resolve complex technical or service-related challenges.

Requirements

Requirements

• Possess a minimum of one year of hands-on experience specifically within an International BPO environment.
  
• Demonstrate exceptional proficiency in both written and verbal communication in English, with the ability to articulate complex ideas clearly.
  
• Exhibit strong typing speed and accuracy, coupled with the ability to multitask effectively across various digital platforms.
  
• Show a proven track record of customer handling, conflict resolution, and problem-solving in a service-oriented context.
  
• Display full flexibility and willingness to work rotational shifts and adhere to a rotational off-day schedule.
  
• Be physically located in or willing to relocate to the Gurgaon office to ensure seamless on-site collaboration.
  
• Maintain a professional demeanor and a positive attitude when facing challenging customer situations.
