Handle seller/customer queries and provide appropriate resolutions. Deliver professional and effective customer support through the assigned communication channels. Understand customer or seller concerns and resolve queries within the defined process guidelines. Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction and service quality. Handle escalations professionally and provide timely resolutions. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and case details. Follow process guidelines, quality standards, and compliance requirements. Coordinate with relevant internal teams whenever required for issue resolution. Meet assigned performance, quality, productivity, and customer satisfaction targets.

Requirements

Candidates with experience in E-commerce Seller Support or Customer Service can apply. Both International and Domestic Customer Service experience will be considered. B2 level communication skills are mandatory. Candidates from Non-E-commerce Background Candidates from non-e-commerce backgrounds may also be considered. However, candidates must have International Customer Service experience. B2+ level communication skills are mandatory.
