About the job

We are looking for a friendly Customer Support Associate (Digital & Voice Process) to help our customers across chat, email, and phone calls. In this role, you will answer customer questions quickly, build trust in our brand, and switch smoothly between text and voice support. You should be someone who handles changing priorities well, enjoys solving problems for people, and works hard to fix every issue completely.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Build trust with customers by giving quick, clear, and helpful answers.
2. Answer customer questions, fix complaints, and handle requests through chat, email, and phone.
3. Help users figure out basic tech problems and guide them to a simple solution.
4. Look closely at customer issues and use good judgment to find the best way to solve them.
5. Watch for repeated customer problems to help us improve our services and daily operations.
6. Work with other teams to keep our digital support smooth, safe, and easy to use.
7. Manage daily customer messages while supporting overall company growth and brand quality.
