About the job
Key responsibilities:
1. Build and maintain strong client relationships through regular calls and follow-ups.2. Handle client queries and ensure a smooth service experience.
3. Achieve assigned targets and track performance metrics.
4. Maintain accurate client MIS and reports in Excel. Work Conditions: Type: Full-time, on-site at Sunlight Sports Studio LLP.
Hours: Monday - Sunday (with alternate Sundays off, with flexibility required during major festivals and events)
Timings: 9:30 a.m.- 7:00 p.m.
