Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Customer Support Associate - Kannada Language based in Indore. The associate will handle customer inquiries and issues in Kannada via phone, chat, and email, ensuring prompt and accurate resolutions. Responsibilities include documenting interactions, escalating complex cases, and following standard operating procedures to maintain service quality. The role involves supporting customer onboarding, assisting with sales-related queries, and coordinating with internal teams to improve customer experience. The associate will also participate in training, adhere to performance metrics, and contribute feedback to enhance support processes.

Qualifications

• Should be fluent in Kannada language + Hindi & English
• Strong skills in Customer Support, Customer Service, and Customer Experience.
• Ability to support Sales activities, including customer acquisition and onboarding.
• Experience or aptitude in Training, including learning and applying new processes.
• Fluency in Kannada (spoken and written), with good command of English and Hindi.
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and active listening abilities.
• Comfort working in an on-site environment in Indore, with flexible shifts if required.
• Basic computer proficiency and familiarity with CRM or ticketing tools is an advantage.
• Prior experience in BPO, customer support, or call center roles is preferred but not mandatory.
• Minimum educational qualification: higher secondary or equivalent; a diploma or degree is a plus.
