Job Responsibilities:
Build and maintain strong customer relationships to maximize customer satisfaction and loyalty.
Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, providing timely and effective responses to inquiries.
Work closely with sales and product teams to share customer feedback and identify opportunities for product improvement.
Conduct regular check-ins with customers to ensure the successful use of products and to address any issues proactively.
Develop and deliver onboarding programs and trainings for new customers.
Monitor customer health scores and address potential risks in a timely manner.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to handle escalations and complex customer issues.
Prepare reports on customer activities, satisfaction, and overall success metrics.
Essential Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree or experience in a related field.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-first approach.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and customer relationship management (CRM) software.
