About The Role
We are looking for a proactive and customer-focused Customer Success Associate to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring customers have a seamless experience with our products/services by providing timely support, addressing queries, and building strong relationships. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to enhance customer satisfaction, improve retention, and contribute to overall business growth.
Key Responsibilities
Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, addressing their queries and concerns through phone, email, or chat.
Guide customers through onboarding and ensure a smooth implementation process.
Build and maintain strong relationships with customers by understanding their needs and providing appropriate solutions.
Proactively follow up with customers to ensure successful product adoption and satisfaction.
Resolve customer issues by coordinating with internal teams and ensuring timely closure.
Monitor customer health and identify opportunities to improve engagement and retention.
Collect customer feedback and share insights with the product and business teams to enhance the customer experience.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in the CRM system.
Assist in creating customer support documentation, FAQs, and knowledge base articles.
Meet defined customer satisfaction (CSAT), response time, and service quality targets.
