About the job

You take a freight forwarder from a signed contract to confident daily use. You report to our Service Manager and are the customer's go-to person. Travel to customer offices is part of the role; travel, stay, and daily allowances are paid in addition to salary.

Key responsibilities:

1. Set up each new customer's FreighAI workspace: users, roles, and workflows.
2. Understand how a freight forwarder works day-to-day and map their process onto our platform.
3. Clean and migrate customer data from ERPs and Excel into FreighAI, checking it carefully before it goes live.
4. Train customer teams in English and Hindi, on-site and online.
5. Be the customer's first point of contact (L1 support): solve routine issues quickly and escalate complex ones with clear notes.
6. Track how customers use the platform, spot problems early, and keep them happy.
7. Spend 10-20% of your time using AI tools for data work and small product changes. We will train you.

Your first six months:
Month 1 - learn the platform and freight basics, and shadow live onboardings.
Months 2-3 - run onboarding tasks with support and handle L1 support on your own.
Months 4-6 - own customer accounts end-to-end.

Career path:
Customer Success Engineer, then Senior Customer Success Engineer, then Service Manager, with routes into Solutions, Customer Success, or Product roles.

1. Graduates in BBA, BCom, BMS, BVoc, or BSc in logistics or supply chain are preferred. Other graduates with a genuine interest in logistics and technology are welcome. Freshers welcome.

2. Clear spoken and written English and Hindi.

3. You understand how a business runs day-to-day and what an ERP is.

4. Comfortable with Excel or Google Sheets and with AI tools, or keen to learn fast.

5. Organized, disciplined, and presentable in front of customers.

6. Able to join full-time in Pune immediately and comfortable with work travel.

Salary

Probation:

Duration: 6 months

Salary during probation: ₹30,000 /month (only for freshers)

After probation:

Annual CTC: ₹ 5,00,000 - 6,00,000 /year
