1. Excellent verbal communication skills in both English and Hindi.

2. Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to engage, build rapport, and maintain relationships with customers.

3. Self-motivated, proactive, and eager to learn in a fast-paced environment.

4. 3-6 months of experience in Sales, Inside Sales, Telesales, Business Development, or Customer Support.

5. Customer-centric mindset with strong persuasion and problem-solving abilities.

6. Basic proficiency in CRM tools and MS Office is an added advantage.

7. A genuine love for cats and pets is a plus and would be a great cultural fit.

8. The work timing would be 10 AM to 7 PM Mon to Fri and 9 AM to 2 PM on Sat (Half day)
