About the job

Key Responsibilities:

1. Support the end-to-end customer journey, from onboarding and implementation through ongoing account management and renewals.
2. Work closely with the Customer Success Manager to manage accounts, build strong client relationships and drive successful adoption of Ennoventure's solutions.
3. Act as a key point of contact for global customers and stakeholders, building trusted and professional relationships.
4. Understand customer objectives, business requirements and success criteria, and work with internal teams to translate them into clear actions.
5. Coordinate with Product, Technology, Delivery and Operations teams to drive customer initiatives and ensure timely execution.
6. Participate in customer meetings, business reviews and project discussions, and support the Customer Success Manager with presentations, reports and account updates.
7. Proactively engage with customers to understand their experience, identify opportunities to improve adoption and strengthen long-term relationships.
8. Maintain accurate account information, customer plans, engagement activities and follow-ups in the relevant systems.
9. Identify customer growth, adoption and engagement opportunities and work with the Customer Success Manager on appropriate next steps.
10. Identify and use AI, automation and AI agents to reduce repetitive work and improve Customer Success processes.
11. Take ownership of assigned customer initiatives and projects, ensuring clear communication, coordination and timely completion.
