About the job

We are looking for a competitive, innovative, and driven individual to join our customer success team as a customer success associate upon completing our traineeship program. In this role, you will work closely with cross-functional teams, including customer success, product, and engineering, to transform insights into impactful product features and solutions. We invite applications exclusively from freshers who will be completing their graduation/post-graduation in 2026, irrespective of their specialization. If you are patient and comfortable explaining things to international clients, are curious about how software works, eager to learn and adapt, and ready to take on challenges with a proactive and innovative mindset, you are the perfect fit for our team.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Learn our platform, Recruit CRM, and understand the recruitment business.
2. Answer client queries via chat, email, and video calls to gain experience.
3. Help users understand how to use features and suggest workarounds.
4. Uphold communication guidelines and procedures.
5. Build and nurture client relationships.
6. Continuously strive for exceptional service delivery.

Traineeship/Probation details:

1. Traineeship program: 6 months; 8.5 hours per day; payment of INR 20,000 per month.
2. Full-time opportunity: Based on your performance during the training program, you may be offered a full-time position as a customer success associate with a CTC of INR 8,00,000 (INR 6,00,000 base salary + INR 2,00,000 yearly performance pay- paid out quarterly).
3. During training, you will be evaluated on: Application knowledge, communication, learning attitude, problem-solving, consistency/commitment, and integrity.

During the initial 6-month training period, you'll be working in the primary Europe shift (12:00 pm - 10:00 pm IST). You'll transition to one of our five core work shifts as a full-time employee, as per requirement and availability.

1. Europe - 12:00 pm - 10:00 pm IST, Monday - Friday.
2. Asia Pacific - 6:00 am - 4:00 pm IST, Monday - Friday.
3. Half North America - 4:00 pm - 2:00 am IST, Monday - Friday.
4. Full North America - 8:00 pm - 6:00 am IST, Monday - Friday.
5. Middle East - Can choose from 4 options (4 days or 5 days a week).

Salary

Probation:

Duration: 6 months

Salary during probation: ₹20,000 /month (only for freshers)

After probation:

2. Variable pay: ₹ 2,00,000 /year
