Key responsibilities:

1. Build and maintain strong relationships with customers.
2. Assist clients with onboarding and product adoption.
3. Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues on time.
4. Monitor customer satisfaction and identify improvement opportunities.
5. Coordinate with internal teams to address customer needs.
6. Maintain accurate customer records.
7. Support customer retention and engagement initiatives.

1. Bachelor's degree in Business, Commerce, Marketing, Communications, Management, or a related discipline.

4. Knowledge of CRM systems, customer engagement tools, and customer lifecycle management principles is preferred.
