Through initiatives like Kutumb and resources such as the 'Building Green' handbook, the company promotes awareness and adoption of sustainable, affordable housing practices. Role Description The Relationship Officer role is a full-time, on-site position based in Gurugram. In this role, the team member builds and manages relationships with existing and potential customers, understanding their housing and loan requirements and guiding them through suitable IIFL Home Loans products. The Relationship Officer is responsible for generating leads, conducting follow-ups, explaining loan features and eligibility, and supporting customers throughout the application and approval process. Daily activities include coordinating with internal teams for documentation, verification, and disbursement, ensuring timely and accurate service delivery. Candidates should possess strong Business Relationship Management skills to develop, nurture, and retain customer relationships.
Candidates should possess foundational Finance knowledge to understand loan products, eligibility criteria, and risk considerations.
Candidates should possess solid Customer Service skills to ensure a positive, respectful, and solution-oriented experience for all customers.
Relevant experience in home loans, banking, NBFCs, or financial services is beneficial.
A bachelor's degree in finance, business, commerce, or a related field is preferred.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with strong attention to detail, integrity, and familiarity with digital tools and CRM systems.
