Job Summary:

Talent Glider is hiring Customer Support Executives for our International Voice Process (Career Counseling). You will interact with U.S.-based clients, understand their requirements, provide career guidance, and deliver an excellent customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle inbound and outbound calls with international clients.
• Understand customer needs and provide suitable career solutions.
• Resolve queries professionally and maintain customer satisfaction.
• Follow up with prospective clients and update CRM records.
• Achieve quality and performance targets while ensuring a positive customer experience.

Requirements:

• Excellent English communication skills.
• Comfortable working in the US Night Shift.
• Strong listening and problem-solving skills.
• International voice process experience is preferred.
