Responsibilities

• Process orders and manage customer requests using Oracle JD Edwards, SAP, and related applications
• Ensure adherence to service level agreements and daily turnaround time guidelines
• Engage in activities to enhance customer experience across assigned regions
• Proactively escalate issues that could disrupt business processes
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver accurate and professional support

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Arts, Science, Commerce, or Business Administration
• 1.5–3 years of hands-on order management experience
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and enterprise systems (Oracle JD Edwards, SAP)
• Strong verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills
• Detail-oriented with excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work under pressure
• Flexibility to work night shifts
